Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the arrival of your purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

How to Complete Your Return

To process your return, please include a note in the return package with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Order number

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your store credit will be processed.

Replacements

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For packages over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
